- Ability to explain statistical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders without jargon
- 3+ years in a data-adjacent role (marketing analyst, operations analyst, business analyst, or junior data role)

- Exposure to Python or R for exploratory analysis or automation
- Experience with dbt or similar data transformation tools
