What is a credit?
One credit funds one AI action: generating a job post = 2 credits, ranking one CV = 1 credit, publishing a job = 1 credit, sending an offer letter = 2 credits. A full hire (JD + 20 ranked CVs + offer) costs ~25 credits.
Do credits roll over?
On Growth and Scale, unused credits carry forward to the next month — they never expire. On Starter and Free they reset at the end of each billing period.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page and you keep access until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked, though we do ask for optional feedback.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan gives you 25 credits (enough for a full hire) with no card required. That serves as the trial. If you want to test a paid plan, sign up free first, use the credits, then upgrade.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your jobs and application history remain accessible until the billing period ends. Candidate CV data auto-deletes after 24 months (GDPR). Hired candidates remain yours.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes — annual billing saves 2 months (e.g. Growth goes from $49/mo to $490/yr, effectively $40.83/mo). Switch to annual billing on the billing page.
